When you hire Wavro Inspection Services for a property inspection, you’re getting an inspector who brings over three decades of engineering knowledge to every job. I follow the Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI, one of the most respected organizations in the home inspection industry. During your inspection, I’ll evaluate all accessible major systems and components, noting anything that requires immediate attention as well as items that may need attention down the road.

After the walkthrough, I’ll walk you through my key findings in plain language without technical jargon or guesswork. You’ll receive a comprehensive report in both HTML and PDF formats, complete with photos and clear descriptions of every area I evaluated. That report is designed to give you the full picture, so you can move forward in your transaction with confidence.

5 Benefits of a Property Inspection

Puts You in a Better Negotiating Position

The findings from your inspection report can be used to negotiate a better purchase price, request repairs, or ask for seller concessions. Knowledge is leverage, and a thorough inspection puts that leverage in your hands.

Protects Your Safety and Your Family's

A property inspection evaluates serious safety concerns including electrical hazards, structural issues, carbon monoxide risks, and potential mold or moisture problems that could affect the health and safety of everyone inside.

Helps You Budget for the Future

I'll identify components that are approaching the end of their useful life (things like aging HVAC systems, older water heaters, or deteriorating roofing) so you can plan financially and avoid unexpected surprises after you move in.

Builds Confidence in the Transaction

For sellers, a pre-listing inspection demonstrates transparency and good faith, which can lead to stronger offers and smoother closings. For buyers, it eliminates uncertainty and provides a clear picture of what the property actually involves.

Delivers Genuine Peace of Mind

Knowing the true condition of a property before you commit takes the guesswork out of one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. That peace of mind has real value, and it's exactly what I aim to deliver on every inspection.
